Hello! I'm Alyssa Norbeck and I'm a LCSW in IL. I understand that it can feel vulnerable to begin therapy, but I'm passionate about making therapy a safe space where you feel heard and understood. I received my Master's in Social Work from USC. I've worked with different age groups presenting with a range of clinical issues in both individual and group settings, including private practice, mental health and substance use IOP, crisis management and stabilization, EAP, and in SNF/long term care.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to figure things out alone. I’m Tamara Whittleton, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression, and major life changes. I focus on creating a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable talking openly while developing practical strategies for growth and healing
I take my work seriously. This is not casual for me. When you sit across from me--even through a screen--I am fully there. I believe in being direct, honest, and grounded. I won't overreact, and I won't minimize. I respect your capacity to grow, and I will challenge you, when necessary, always with intention and care. You can expect steadiness, discretion, and focus on real change--not endless processing without movement. Therapy is an investment of time, money and trust. I treat all three with respect.
I have 16 years of clinical experience, working with Children, adolescents, and adults. I provide individual, family, pre/post natal and couples counseling. I take a warm and inviting approach to ensure you feel comfortable as a client. I specialize in anxiety, depression, school concerns, family/ home concerns, friendship issues, ADHD, grief, narcissistic abuse, and autism. I also have 20 years of experience as a school social worker.
Hola! I’m Oli, a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist with 10+ years of experience and founder of OLS Therapy Boutique—Curated Care for Every Season of Life. I specialize in supporting Latinx individuals and couples as they navigate experiences and life transitions.
I founded OLS Therapy Boutique to offer culturally responsive, neurodivergence-affirming therapy for professionals seeking balance through adulthood, parenthood, career growth, and evolving identity.
As one of the country’s few psychiatrists who also practices sex therapy, I can provide unique and specialized services for patients who have been marginalized and oppressed. I offer a combination of sex therapy and medication management, tailored to both your personal and medical needs. While I predominantly follow an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach, I also incorporate elements of psychodynamic psychotherapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed therapy, and supportive therapy. I completed medical school at the Indiana University School of Medicine (2021), and completed psychiatry residency training at University of Chicago (2025).
I treat 18+ individuals, and specialize in treating individuals within any sexual minority group — including members of the LGBTQIA+, trans, gender-expansive, non-monogamous, and kink communities — plus those who participate in unconventional sexual practices. I also treat couples and individuals within various relationship structures (such as triads, polycules, or other non-monogamous relationships).
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in adults coping with various mental health disorders including Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Dementia, and Schizophrenia. . I serve clients who are coping with symptoms related to various diagnoses that are often exacerbated by life transitions (i.e., aging, divorce, empty nest, retirement, family dynamics, and health challenges). Many of my clients have found themselves unexpectedly in the role of a caregiver to loved ones coping with chronic health conditions. This adjustment can be both emotionally draining and overwhelming. My goal is to help the individual navigate through these challenges through reflection, learning coping strategies and building or strengthening support networks that will assist in coping with life’s challenges.
Deciding to come to therapy can be very scary. Sharing your most intimate thoughts with someone can be even more frightening. This is why I make sure that I create a very safe, caring, positive, and secure place where you can feel comfortable and know that you are with someone who truly cares about your well-being.
Life can be difficult. We all need a little help sometimes navigating the peaks and valleys that come our way. My experience includes 19 years of working in both public and private therapeutic schools with children, adolescents and young adults. I enjoy helping those struggling with a variety of life challenges, particularly, with anxiety, depression, stress management, perfectionism and minimizing the occurrences of self-harm by providing clients with healthy replacement strategies.
