I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with more than 30 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked in hospitals, residential care facilities community college, and in private practice settings. I am bilingual, bi-cultural, and throughout my career I had the privilege of helping people from multiple walks of life.

My master’s thesis, which examined the client–worker relationship, was published and involved three years of focused study. I am also the author of a book addressing sexual abuse and the desensitization process.
Professionally, I have provided counseling services to adolescents and children in school settings and have worked one-on-one with clients for over ten years, consistently applying a solution-focused framework to support meaningful and sustainable change.
