I am a cognitive-behavioral therapist who specializes in treating panic attacks, severe depression, PTSD, and anger management. Most recently, I was the psychologist for the US Special Operations Command Korea, serving the SOF warfighters with their unique challenges. Prior to this, I had a private practice in Southern California. I have a BA in psychology from UCLA and a Psy.D. in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology.
I believe therapy works best when it feels real, collaborative, and even a little lighthearted at times. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help teens and adults understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and actions — and how to shift them in a healthier direction. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore, grow, and start feeling more like yourself again.

I’m not your typical therapist. I don’t do soft-focus therapy or sugarcoat what’s holding you back. I help men and couples face the truth, break destructive patterns, and build something real.
I specialize in sex and love addiction, substance use, trauma, and relationship repair. My clients are often high-functioning but disconnected, sober or trying to get there, successful on paper yet stuck in shame, anger, or isolation.
My approach is direct, relational, and grounded in real-world recovery. I use two-person psychology, mindfulness, CBT, and trauma-informed therapy to help you understand yourself, rebuild trust, and reconnect with your purpose.
I bring over 15 years of experience in addiction treatment and recovery work, both personally and professionally. Therapy with me is about honesty, growth, and learning how to live in alignment with who you really are, no bullshit, no judgment, just real change.
I strive to create a safe space for therapeutic discussion and exploration of feelings.
I use evidence based interventions. I work with all ages, including couples and families. My goal is to help my clients manage stress, improve relationships, reach self-improvement goals, adjust to major life changes, grief/loss, work stress, parenting, helping families through separation/divorce. I have successfully helped couples save their marriages.

What I enjoy most about being a clinic Psychologist is helping people better understand themselves and make meaningful changes in their lives. I value listening to patients experiences, identifying patterns in thought and behaviors, and working together to develop healthier ways of coping and relating to others.
